A major player in recruitment since 2013, Pragmatan first entered the IT market as a firm before diversifying its activities in the delegation of recruiters (or RPO) in Paris and in the regions. Our desire : To trust the personalities of our employees to offer profiles adapted to our customers and thus guarantee the success of our missions. Our mindset : Promote diversity within our teams in a young and caring environment. 

Our recruitment consultants take charge of all or part of the recruitment process within the Human Resources departments of our clients.


The missions of an RPO recruitment consultant

  • Definition of the need with the customer and the operational staff

  • Writing, publishing and managing advertisements

  • Implementation of a sourcing strategy (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)

  • Identification of target profiles and direct approach

  • Candidate pool management

  • Telephone prequalifications

  • Carrying out physical interviews

  • Follow-up of applications and advice to the client

  • Regular reporting of its activity


Other missions may be added to those mentioned above depending on the client context, and the adaptability of our consultants.

Profile sought

You have the instinct of a hunter, a good sense of listening and communication. You are adaptable and you have a sense of service. Finally, you want to join a company that focuses on people, surpassing oneself and the personality of its employees.


Knowledge of the IT world is a plus.
