Recruiter, Dog Mom, Lover of Cappuccinos

 

Lauren studied Political Science and Professional Writing at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She graduated from UCLA with College Honors, Highest Departmental Honors, and Latin Honors of Cum Laude.

 

What drew Lauren to recruitment was the prospect of creating valuable connections with a diverse network of individuals — she's a people person!

  • What’s your position and what does it involve?
    Hey there! I'm Pragmatan Corp's Recruitment Manager, Lauren. I primarily handle client communications, sourcing high-quality candidates for our U.S. clientele, and overseeing our Los Angeles-based team.
  • Do you prefer table soccer or karaoke?
    I think I'm gonna go with karaoke! I like listening to a lot of different music, from Fleetwood Mac to Beyonce. My singing though? Questionable.
  • What do you like to do outside of work?
    I wear many hats at work, and many hats outside of it! I enjoy painting, testing new baking recipes, and finding good fiction novels. In 2021, I started a non-profit that connects students to rescued animals in need: Woof On Campus. I’ve fostered over thirty dogs! In my free time, you can usually find me entertaining my canine child, Cannoli.
